The Citizens' Civil Academy, founded by Judge Staci Williams, is here to equip Dallas County citizens with the knowledge and understanding of the civil court system. Our goal is to make the court system accessible and less intimidating, so you can feel confident in your civic duties—especially when participating in the jury process.
